IT'S UP TO US

Last time I went to church something really blew my mind and I wanna tell you about it.



I had a really bissy day, work in the daycare fallowed by working out at the gym and swimming, to end it all I went to my churchs youthmeeting.

While swimming I started talking to God in my thoughts.. I've been wondering about something-

God says in His word that He loves us so much and He longs to spend time with us, to hear our voice and so on.. To me this one thing in particular has not made any sence, but it has been my great longing for a long time - to feel His loving touch. You know, like when a parent gives a hug to his or her child or just lovingly pat the child or something. If He longs so much for us and loves us so much, would it not be natural for Him to wanna touch or pat us in that way?

I told God I really wanted to Him to do that. It did not take long for me to decide that this would be totaly impossible since it is almost 2000years ago that Jesus was on earth in flesh and was able to phisicaly tuch someone....

At church though something happend- I was sitting in my seat and a friend comes over and starts pating my shoulders and right then it hits me:



WE ARE HIS BODY ON THIS EARTH, WHAT WE DO TO EACH OTHER WILL BE HIS WAY OF BEING ABLE TO TUCH, OR CARE FOR THE PEOPLE AROUND US.
